1. Fill out the registration form.

2. Make sure your referral tells us who referred them.

3. Get paid once the job is completed and paid.

 

Program valid for retail and insurance claims. Minimum job size of $15,000.00 for full payment. Program is not valid for your own project and cannot be used to pay for insurance deductible. Partial payment will be made at Apex's discretion for smaller projects. Payment will be made in the form of Visa gift card or account credit toward future projects. Customer needs to present referrer's information upon booking consultation and referal payment will be paid upon acceptance, completion and final payment of project.
