Our Pre- sale renovation Process is a service specifically designed to help realtors and their clients prepare their homes to sell. Our process helps streamline this process with a "one call" contractor to manage the work and ultimately list the home quicker, sell higher and close faster.
Our project manager/ Contractor visits with the homeowner and the realtor. Upon the walk through we formulate a plan of action to remedy any condition issues, cosmetic issues or issues of potential concern prior to listing the home. We can also perform full home inspections to help identify any potential unknown areas of concern prior to finding an interested party on the MLS.
Our staff helps streamline the entire process from start to finish without the need to juggle multiple contractors and the un-necessary result of dragging out the entire home selling process. Our sales information also helps offer a 3rd party perspective to help encourage the homeowners to make those tough decisions with their home.
We offer flexible payment options for each project and can even delay payment until closing!
